  • GUCCI U-PLAY coming soon

    Fashion brand Gucci has launched its women’s U-Play watch collection.

    The range has been designed by creative director Frida Giannini and features a rounded dial with engraved monogram and tapered hands, embellished with a decorative metallic horsebit motif, one of Gucci’s most iconic symbols.

    The brand is cashing in on the trend for personalised watches and each model comes with an interchangeable bezel and bracelet set in three different tones and materials. The watch is available in two versions. The basic small size model is 27mm in diameter, and features a polished stainless steel bangle with an interchangeable set of beige satin, black patent leather and white lizard skin parts. The larger model is 35mm in diameter and has interchangeable parts in white Guccissima leather, blue ostrich skin, mauve rubber and black patent leather.

    RRP’s from £565 and from £93 to £173 for the kits.

  • Design a People's Bead 2010 - A competition from Trollbeads

    From Monday 2nd August 2010 Trollbeads are inviting you to design your own bead to represent the Peoples Bead for 2010. Many you will have taken part in last year's competition, the winner of which was the Pax bead representing peace, designed by an Australian collector. So here is another opportunity for Trollbeads fans to have fun with their creativity. Simply enter online at

    The winning bead will be presented to the designer in 18ct gold and will be included in Trollbeads collection ready for Christmas 2010. Designs can be drawn, painted, Photoshop or any other illustration possible. Just upload the final image to the website above, adding the story behind the design.

    Designs must be submitted by Sunday 22nd August 2010 when the competition closes. Ten beautiful and creative finalists' beads will be chosen so that everyone can vote on-line for a favorite bead. Fans then have one week, until Sunday 29th August 2010 to vote for their favorite finalist. Semi-finalists will each receive a silver bracelet and lock with the winning bead in silver.

    Steffans would like to thank the Trollbeads Society for their special visit to the Northampton store on the 30th May 2010. The special trip was courtesy of Steffans.
    We were also very proud to have had a special visit from two international collectors one who made the journey across the pond from Chicago and another from Holland.Much fun was had by all.

    The night was a great success with players receiving Specially produced cuff links and a Tag Heuer watch.
    Soane Tonga'uiha collected both Supporters' Player of the Season and Players' Player of the Season for a campaign in which he finished as the Guinness Premiership's top try scoring prop and among the league's top ten ball carriers.
