Rado Gents Limited Edition True Phospo Automatic Watch

Housed in a 40 mm matt black high tech ceramic case with matching bracelet, the Rado True Phospo embraces minimalism, but with playful and unexpected elements. The black brass dial is perforated, allowing the Swiss automatic movement below to shine through a thoroughly modern approach to the traditional skeleton watch. The perforations also provide an opportunity for the application of the luminescent indexes, which are created by filling the empty spaces with Super LumiNova to create geometric shapes. Additionally, the hour and minute hands are tipped with Super LumiNova, while the second hand is fully coated in the glow in the dark substance.

Features of the Rado Gents Limited Edition True Phospo Automatic Watch

  • The watch features a black ceramic 40mm case
  • The watch is worn on a black ceramic bracelet
  • The dial features black hour and minute hands and a white second hand
  • The black dial has holes in it to allow you to see the inner movement of the watch
  • This watch is limited to 1003 pieces worldwide

Warranty

All Rado pieces come with a 2 year warranty.

About Rado

The history of Rado began in 1917 in the small Swiss town of Lengnau when the three brothers Fritz, Ernst, and Werner Schlup opened the Schlup & Co. clockwork factory. 40 years later, in 1957, it became Rado Uhren AG and the first watch collection was launched under this name. It was the beginning of an unusual success story.

Since the 1980s the use of high-tech ceramic became a well-known brand identifier of Rado watches. The greatest Rado innovation to date, however, has been the development of high-tech diamond for use in watchmaking With a hardness of 10,000 Vickers the Rado V10K is the hardest watch in the world.

Rado watches are not just famous for their premium materials but also for their unique aesthetic qualities. Since 1990 alone Rado has been the proud recipient of numerous international design awards.
