Wedding Inspiration

Many congratulations if you received a proposal from your loved one over the festive period.  At this exciting time we thought we would provide a little wedding inspiration for those looking for ideas for their special day.

The Tree Cathedral

For those with a love of nature, a Tree Cathedral might prove your chosen location to exchange vows.  Celebrating the love you share in beautiful natural surroundings brings a different and very special element to your day.  The National Trust Tree Cathedral in Whipsnade was planted following the First World War, and consists of the Nave formed by an avenue of lime trees, with the Chancel featuring silver birch, and together with the Chapel of Four Seasons and the Lady Chapel, a cross formation is also in place at the site.  A perfect location for those with a love of the outdoors.

The Museum

Selecting a museum as a venue for your wedding reception is another exciting option, offering your guests the chance to explore the wondrous exhibits within the museum itself.  The Science Museum in London provides for wedding receptions and can even post a message to your guests via its amazing energy ring, with the Energy Hall and Making of the Modern World used for wedding functions and making for a unique venue.

The Barn

If the ideal is for your wedding to be a more intimate celebration, choosing a barn as the venue could be the way to go.  With many barn venues featuring exquisite decoration and beautiful table layouts, the option to have your wedding ceremony and reception in one beautiful building is very appealing.  Once such venue is the Cooling Castle Barn in Kent, with stunning transformations of their buildings to suit your needs, allowing you and those closest to you to share in the delight of your day.

The Castle

If it’s an historic location you seek, a castle wedding venue is majestic and magical, set to delight you and your guests as you celebrate together. With many castles now able to facilitate a wedding ceremony, there are plenty to choose from one of which is Pendennis Castle in Cornwall.  Located by the sea in Falmouth, this romantic setting is an English Heritage Site with the Tudor Castle, together with its banqueting rooms and breath-taking grounds making for an unforgettable experience.

For whichever wedding you chose, give your bridesmaids a memento of the day with a gorgeous charm bracelet and meaningful charms, like the Bridal shoe charm or Bridal pink bouquet ensuring your happy, special day will live long in everyone’s memories.
